Although modern Windows versions come with built-in disc burning functions, third party applications provide a better solution, due to their fast and smart capabilities. CopyTo is addressed to all users, from beginners to experts, and it will satisfy all their needs. The software is capable of burning and erasing CDs, DVDs, as well as Blu-ray discs, it can execute scheduled backup tasks, copy audio CDs and more.

CopyTo is not free, but you can use a trial version, free of charge, for 21 days. You will not encounter any restricted functions, so you will be able to evaluate the program's features properly. The setup wizard will start multiple installation processes and it will create multiple shortcuts on your desktop, for different tools.

The software's numerous burning functions can be found on a starter. It is a compact interface, on which data, music and video burning features are organized in separate sections. If you decide to work with miscellaneous data, you may create or burn ISO images, create new data discs or continue multi-session discs and schedule backups. When it comes to videos, the software allows you to burn or copy DVDs and Blu-ray discs. The music section contains a series of options, for creating or copying an Audio CD, creating an MP3 disc or launching a media player.

CopyTo's backup scheduler can be quite helpful in certain situations. You can set the application to burn specific data, using a burner of your choice, once or on a regular basis. It is also possible to use multi-session discs for a backup task and to specify a burning speed. Most options, located on the software's interface, will bring up the same window, on which you can explore your files and folders and add them to your burning project.

If you want to copy a disc, you just need to select a source and a destination, on a small window. Additionally, you can decide to copy the data to another disc, to the hard drive or to burn ISO images. Additional tools can be found in their own section, on the starter interface. You can use them to erase discs, to retrieve information about your discs and burners and to access the program's general settings panel.

Pros

The software can burn data on any kind of disc. It also allows you to copy discs, create or burn images, schedule backup tasks and more. CopyTo's core features are very well organized on a user friendly interface.

Cons

While using the program's trial version, you will encounter a nag screen each time you launch a burning feature. CopyTo's purpose is to meet all your disc burning needs, regardless if you are an experienced user or a beginner.
